East Bay EDA Fall Membership Meeting Scheduled in Dublin

​On Thursday, September 29, the East Bay Economic Development Alliance invites the public to join them at their Fall Membership Meeting.

On Thursday, September 29, the East Bay Economic Development Alliance (East Bay EDA) invites the public to join them at their Fall Membership Meeting at the Shannon Community Center in Dublin. The free event includes an overview of ABAG’s (Association of Bay Area Governments) Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy report, a required research document for cities to access federal funds; a presentation on the BART Obligation Bond by BART General Manager Grace Crunican; and an overview of legislative housing efforts from Assemblyman Tony Thurmond. The event begins at 8:30 with networking and breakfast, and continues with programming from 9:30 am – 11:30 am.

The public is encouraged to attend and learn more about issues impacting transportation, housing and our overall economic climate and opportunities. Admission is free, but pre-event registration is required here. Early registration is encouraged, as space is limited.
