5 Week Fitness Camp Challenge for any Fitness Level.
A 5 week progressive fitness challange that begins with the basics and progresses in intensity as you get stronger and fitter. You choose 3 class times each week, giving you a total of 15 classes. We will also be having special guest speakers for included workshops discussing topics like: nutrition, metabolism, core strength, stress and diabetes.
