"Healthy Night" at the Dublin Farmers' Market

Join us for "Healthy Dublin Night" at the Dublin Farmers' Market.  In addition to the freshest California-grown produce, we'll have an exercise demonstration, guided walks around the park, health screenings provided by Palo Alto Medical Foundation, free chair massages, and a cooking demonstration.  This month's theme?  Cherries!

Our exercise demonstration this month is provided by Elite Sports Physical Therapy.  At 5:00 p.m. and 6:15 p.m., you can learn how to properly stretch those muscles before a walk or hike. Following the demonstration, Ed Osada and Rich Guarienti of Dublin's "Trail Trekkers" program will lead two walks around Emerald Glen.  The first hike will be a 40 minute tour of Emerald Glen, and you'll see all of the beautiful features of the park, and learn about the history of the area.  The next hike will be a mile-long nature hike along the Tassajara Creek Trail.

The Valley Children's Mobile Museum will also be open for a tour, and the East Bay SPCA will be on hand with their pet adoption program.
