Grand Opening of Game Truck

You've probably seen the truck cruising around town over the last few weeks.  With it's bright green logo, it's hard to miss.

Game Truck Pleasanton is opening today and their doing it in style!

Owners Stuart and Wendy Smith will be hosting their Grand Opening at Pleasanton's Straw Hat Pizza on Hopyard and Valley today from 3:30 to 7pm.

Game Truck is 33 foot trailer filled with five 50 inch television screens, Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii gaming systems intended to bring the gaming party to homes.

"We're really excited about bringing fun and safe kids party options to Pleasanton," said Stuart Smith. "We have three sons ourselves and so we completely understand the chaos that sometimes can go into planning a party for a dozen or more 10-year-old boys."

"The community really seems to be excited and have been incredibly supportive," said Wendy Smith. "We hope that the community will come out this afternoon to see the trailer and maybe play a game or two."
