Children 10-24 months and their parent/caregiver are invited to join library staff for bells, scarves, rhythm sticks, flannel board stories and books that encourage early literacy.
There is a limit of 46 participants per program, which will be strictly enforced. Free tickets will be passed out five minutes prior to the start of the program.
