Free Tri-Valley Housing Fair Offers Help For Renters, Buyers
The free event will connect residents with resources for rentals, homebuying, tenant protections, and financial assistance.
DUBLIN, CA — Residents of Dublin, Pleasanton, and Livermore are invited to attend the first annual Tri-Valley Affordable Housing, a free event offering guidance on resources to obtain affordable housing.
The event is sponsored by the three cities, who have partnered with a number of community organizations like CityServe of the Tri-Valley, Tri-Valley Reach, Tri-Valley Haven, Alameda County Social Services Agency, and more. Topics include:
- Affordable rental opportunities and assistance
- First time homebuyer resources
- Senior & homeless housing
- Tenant protection & supportive services
- Low-income energy assistance program
- Accessibility & disability assistance
- Veteran housing & supportive services
- Below Market Rate lenders
- Home repair assistance
The fair will take place on May 7 from 2-7 p.m. at The Wave Community Room, 4201 Central Parkway in Dublin.
