The city will host two public meetings to discuss a proposed 125,304-square-foot-building at 1171 Dublin Boulevard.

DUBLIN, CA — The City of Dublin is hosting two community meetings to provide information on the proposed Hexcel Redevelopment Project, which plans to demolish an existing 62,175-square-foot Hexcel research and development building and build a new 125,304-square-foot building.
The public is invited to attend one of two remote community meetings that will provide a short presentation on the development process. The two meetings will present the same information. The meetings will be held on Zoom on Wednesday, Oct. 25 at 6 p.m., and Thursday, Oct. 26 at 7 p.m.
Overton Moore Properties bought the property at 11711 Dublin Boulevard from Hexcel Corporation in 2022, according to county documents obtained by The Bay Area News Group. Developers hope to redevelop the site with an upgraded facility for advanced manufacturing, light industrial use, and/or life sciences. The property will contain 217 parking spaces, and related site improvements including landscaping, a fire access road, new utilities, and more. Developers plan to construct the new building on the site of the Hexcel building, and rezone two parcels.
