DUBLIN, CA — Dublin Planning Alternate Commissioner Kashef Qaadri announced his candidacy for the Dublin City Council.

Qaadri is a scientist who leads software strategy at Bio-Rad Laboratories, a life science company based in Hercules. In Dublin, he serves on a number of boards and commissions, including,

  • Dublin Planning Commission, alternate commissioner.
