Man Arrested 7 Times During Shelter-In-Place, Sheriff Says
The man faces charges including second-degree burglary, carjacking and attempted second-degree robbery, jail records show.
DUBLIN, CA — The Alameda County Sheriff's Office said Waseen H. Abuhwaidi has been arrested seven times during the shelter-in-place order, including one instance in which Dublin police officers arrived to find him beating a person, deputies say.
Abuhwaidi fled but was arrested by deputies, the sheriff's office said.
Abuhwaidi, 28, was charged with incidents that occurred in Dublin three times in the past week, jail records show. According to the sheriff's office and jail records, he's facing charges including: second-degree burglary; attempted second-degree robbery; trespassing carjacking; resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer; driving under the influence of alcohol; and vandalism.

He has been arrested in multiple Alameda County cities.
Abuhwaidi remains in custody at Santa Rita Jail and is due in court Friday morning for his arraignment.
