New Retirement Home Coming To Dublin
The 68,000-square-foot facility will begin accepting memory care and assisted living residents this month.
DUBLIN, CA — A new retirement community in Dublin will begin accepting residents this month.
Elegance at Dublin is operated by Elegance Living, and is a 68,000-square-foot, four-story community offering 48 assisted living and 32 memory care units. Starting prices are $5,600 and include studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom plans, according to a news release from Elegance Living.
The community at 7601 Amador Valley Blvd. includes more than 25,000 square feet of indoor amenities including a restaurant, bistro, wine bar, fitness center, theater, salon and spa. There are also outdoor patios. Parking is located onsite, according to Elegance Living.

On the outside, the community features butterfly sculptures designed by artist Matthew Placzek.
