Overturned Big-Rig With Trapped Passengers Closes Ramp on I-680 in San Ramon
The accident was first reported at 2:18 a.m. at San Ramon Valley Boulevard off ramp, CHP officials said.

A overturned big-rig has closed an off ramp on southbound Interstate Highway 680 in San Ramon this morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident was first reported at 2:18 a.m. at San Ramon Valley Boulevard off ramp, CHP officials said. A sig-alert was issued at 2:50 a.m., closing the Alcosta Boulevard off-ramp. Fuel and frozen turkeys carried by the vehicle have to be off-loaded, leading to extended delays, CHP officials said.

As of 5:25 a.m., CHP officials say the off ramp will reopen by 10 a.m.
