DUBLIN, CA - Roughly 10,000 people came to Dublin to experience its Splatter Festival, which offered food, art, music and dance from around the world. Attractions included everything from a drone light show to a full carnival to a Bollywood dance show to a “Dine Around The World” international food pavilion.
