DUBLIN, CA — Dubliners came out in droves to celebrate the city’s second Trunk or Treat Saturday at Emerald Glen Park. Police officers, council members and city staff decorated city vehicles and filled them with treats. Families also enjoyed food vendor trucks, and an outdoor screening of the movie “Hotel Transylvania.”

Last Wednesday, Livermore celebrated its own Trunk or Treat that attracted around 5,000 people, according to a Livermore Police Department spokesperson.
