Poll: What Do You Want to See In the Fallon Gateway Shopping Center?

A new shopping center in east Dublin welcomed its first customers Tuesday evening.

, the first store to open in the Fallon Gateway Shopping Center, held a soft opening Tuesday evening for Target employees and their friends and family. The store will celebrate a grand opening on Sunday, Oct. 9 and it will then be business as usual.

has also announced plans to open in the center, located on the west side ofo the Fallon Road overpass.

The Fallon Gateway Project is a commercial center that includes more than 350,000 square feet of retail development. According to the city's Economic Developer Director, Linda Maurer-Smith, that space includes enough square footage for four to five restaurants.

Fallon Gateway is currently marketing space for lease for additional restaurants and stores.
