Power Outage: Nearly 7,000 In Dublin, Livermore Affected

The cause of the Tuesday evening outage was unknown, PG&E said.

TRI-VALLEY, CA — About 6,900 in Dublin and Livermore were without power Tuesday evening, according to the Pacific Gas & Electric Company.

The utility said it expected to restore power around 8:45 p.m. The outage began around 5:20 p.m., according to PG&E.

PG&E said it has assigned a crew to check out the outage, but the cause is currently unclear.

The outage area extends almost as far north as the Doolan Canyon Regional Preserve and is bordered by Brannigan Street to the west, Constitution Drive to the east and Jack London Boulevard to the south.

No other information was immediately available.
