Register Your Neighborhood For National Night Out In Dublin

Plan block parties and ice cream social and receive visits from Dublin's police, fire and city officials. Registration deadline is July 19.

DUBLIN, CA – Registration is underway in Dublin for National Night Out 2017, set for Tuesday, Aug. 1.

Dublin Police Services, City of Dublin officials and the Alameda County Fire Department will join residents and businesses in celebrating community spirit and city pride. Neighborhoods are encouraged to organize
potlucks, ice cream socials or block parties, while receiving friendly visits from police and city officials
throughout the night.

Now in its 34th year, the annual National Night Out campaign is designed to enhance police-community
partnerships and strengthen neighborhoods by bringing together those committed to preserving the
quality of life in Dublin.

Groups that would like to receive National Night Out visits from police and fire staff, and/or city officials should register their event online no later than Wednesday, July 19. The Aug. 1 visits will take place between 5:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
