At its Regular Meeting held on Tuesday, June 16, and its Adjourned Regular Meeting held on Monday, June 22, the Dublin City Council took a number of actions. Below is a summary of actions taken:

- Recognized outgoing Camp Parks Commander, Lt. Colonel Jennifer L. Nolan.
- Approved the June 2, 2020, Regular City Council Meeting minutes.
- Adopted a Resolution approving an agreement with County of Alameda to provide 23 hours of library services for Fiscal Year 2020-21. These hours are in addition to the County’s base service level of 28 hours per week. There is no change in the number of library hours provided from Fiscal Year 2019-20.
- Adopted a Resolution approving a Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement with Contra Costa County for the Tassajara Road Realignment and Widening Project.
- Adopted an Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to waive certain Zoning Ordinance requirements and/or standards to facilitate business operations affected by COVID-19 Public Health Orders.
- Adopted a Resolution approving a Consulting Services Agreement between the City of Dublin and RRM Design Group for preparation of City-wide multi-family objective design standards and prototype plans for accessory dwelling units.
- Adopted a Resolution approving an addendum to the 2005 Mitigated Negative Declaration and approving an update to the Fallon Sports Park Master Plan to include a cricket field, sand volleyball courts, and a lighted five-bay batting cage in Phase 3 of the park development.
- Adopted a Resolution authorizing a Special Designation of General Fund Reserves for Fiscal Year 2019-20.
- Adopted a Resolution approving a Sixth Amendment to the Collection Service Agreement between the City of Dublin and Amador Valley Industries.
- Adopted a Resolution approving the City of Dublin Discretionary Grants Program, to be administered annually by the City Manager’s Office.
- Adopted a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of Agreement with the County of Alameda regarding participation in the Alameda County Veoci System, an emergency management software system.
- Adopted Resolutions approving agreements with HERC Rentals for electrical equipment; Prime Time Entertainment for lighting and sound equipment; and Special Events for tents, stages, and other event furniture rentals for City-produced special events during Fiscal Years 2020-22.
- Adopted Resolutions amending the City’s Personnel System Rules; the Benefit Plan; and the Management Benefit Plan.
- Adopted the Resolution adopting an annual update to the Master Fee Schedule for services provided by the City.
- Adopted the Resolution approving agreements for On-Call Landscape Architect Services; Maintenance Services; and amendments to agreements for Contractor and Consulting Services.
- Adopted the Resolution approving an agreement for crossing guard services with All City Management Services.
- Approved the two proclamations for the month of June in the City of Dublin: National Gun Violence Awareness Month and Juneteenth.
- Adopted the Resolution Authorizing Examination of Sales and Use Tax Records.
- Conducted a Public Hearing and Adopted the Resolution amending the Schedule of Service Rates for Integrated Solid Waste Services; and Adopted the Resolution approving and establishing the Collection and Minimum Residential Garbage and Recycling Service Fees for Fiscal Year 2020-21.
- Adopted the Resolutions calling for a General Municipal Election to be held in the City of Dublin on November 3, 2020, in conjunction with the Statewide General Election; and affirmed the Resolution encouraging candidates to use the Code of Fair Campaign Practices.
- The City Council denied the General Plan Amendment and Eastern Dublin Specific Plan Amendment for the At Dublin Project.
