- The City Council approved a Resolution Adopting a Budget for the City of Dublin for Fiscal Year 2020-21; a Resolution Establishing a Salary Plan for Full-Time Personnel in Accordance with the Personnel Rules; and a Resolution Establishing a Salary Plan for Management Positions Exempt from Competitive Services.
- The City Council approved the Resolution Adopting the Five-Year Capital Improvement Program for 2020-2025.
- The City Council reviewed and approved a list of national proclamations and proclamations which have been presented on an annual basis by the Dublin City Council, and agreed to review additional requests for proclamations should they come before the City Council.
