At its virtual regular City Council meeting held on Tuesday, May 19, the Dublin City Council took a number of actions. Below is a summary of actions taken:

- Proclaimed June 2020 as LGBTQ Pride Month in Dublin, and approved the flying of the rainbow flag at Dublin City Hall during the month of June 2020.
- Approved the minutes of the May 5, 2020, Regular City Council meeting.
- Adopted the Resolution Accepting the Amador Valley Boulevard - Wildwood Road and Stagecoach Road Intersection Improvements; and Accepting the Public Access Easement and Public Utility Easement.
- Adopted the Resolution Approving a Cooperative Agreement with the Alameda County Transportation Commission and the City of Livermore for the Final Design Phase of the Dublin Boulevard Extension - Fallon Road to North Canyons Parkway Project.
- Adopted the Resolution Directing Preparation of Annual Engineer’s Reports for the City’s two Street Lighting Maintenance Districts and three Landscape and Lighting Districts; and adopted the Resolution Approving the Preliminary Engineer’s Reports and set a public hearing date of June 2, 2020, in order to hear protests prior to approving the levy of assessments in each district.
- Confirmed the Mayor’s recommended appointments to the Youth Advisory Committee for the June 2020 through May 2021 term. The City Council also approved the Mayor’s recommended appointment of Trishala Jain as the Student Representative to the Parks and Community Services Commission for the July 2020 to June 2021 term.
- Presented the following proclamations for the month of May 2020: Mental Health Awareness Month and Asian Pacific American Heritage Month.
- Adopted the Resolution Adopting the 2020 Public Art Master Plan.
- Approved the design of the proposed Cultural Arts Center and directed Staff to find funding to cover the financial shortfall, including the use of reserves and the Internal Service Fund.
