- The City Council approved the minutes of the September 15, 2020, Regular City Council meeting.
- Adopted the Ordinance Amending Chapter 2.24 of the Dublin Municipal Code Relating to the City's Conflict of Interest Code.
- Adopted the Resolution Approving Amendments to the Bylaws and Rules of Procedure to update language regarding the term for commissioners and committee members on the Human Services Commission, Parks and Community Services Commission, Senior Center Advisory Committee, and Heritage and Cultural Arts Commission.
- Adopted the Resolution Approving Amendments to Agreements for Consulting Services with Group 4 Architecture; Research + Planning, Inc.; and MNS Engineers, Inc., for on-call consulting services; and with Francisco & Associates, Inc., for acquisition audit and administrative services. The amendments increase the not-to-exceed compensation for the terms of the agreements. The amendment with Group 4 Architecture also extends the agreement term by one year to June 30, 2022.
- Adopted the Resolutions Amending the Classification Plan; Salary Plan for Full-time Personnel and Management Positions Exempt from Competitive Services; Benefit Plan; and the Management Positions Exempt from Competitive Services Resolution and Prescribing Leave Benefits for the Designated Positions. The changes accommodate new and revised classifications in the Information Systems Division, Administrative Services Department, Environmental Programs Division, and Public Works Department.
- Adopted the Resolution Approving a Project Funding Agreement with the Alameda County Transportation Commission for the Annual Street Resurfacing Project (2020 Slurry Seal).
