At its virtual regular City Council meeting held on Tuesday, April 7, the Dublin City Council took a number of actions. Below is a summary of actions taken:

- Approved the minutes of the March 3 Regular City Council meeting; the minutes of the March 4 and March 5 Special Meetings; and the minutes of the March 18 Emergency Meeting.
- Approved a list of projects funded in Fiscal Year 2020-21 by Senate Bill 1, the Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017.
- Presented the following proclamations for the months of March and April in the City of Dublin: Census Week, National Women’s History Month, American Red Cross Month, Prescription Drug Abuse Awareness Month, National Crime Victims’ Rights Week, and Arbor Day.
- Adopted the Resolution of Intention to Establish Precise Alignment for the Future Right-of-Way Lines for Tassajara Road between Palisades Drive and the Alameda-Contra Costa County Limit Line and set a public hearing date to hear protests and objections at its meeting to be held on April 21, 2020.
- Accepted the Public Safety Complex - Police Services Building Project and the Alamo Creek Trail Repair Project, and approved the final contract change order for the Alamo Creek Trail Repair Project.
- Adopted an Ordinance Approving Amendments to Chapter 8.84 (Sign Regulations) of the Zoning Ordinance related to off-site advertising signs.
- Adopted the Resolution Adopting a Supplemental Mitigated Negative Declaration and Approving a Project Funding Agreement with the Alameda County Transportation Commission for the Iron Horse Trail Bridge at Dublin Boulevard.
- Adopted the Resolution authorizing City Committees and Commissions to meet electronically during current COVID-19 emergency declaration.
- Conducted a public hearing and directed Staff to continue the City’s weed abatement process.
- Adopted a Resolution permitting the Tax Administrator to waive penalties and interest for failure to pay the City’s Transient Occupancy Tax in a timely fashion.
