The Tri-Valley YMCA would like to invite you to join our 5 week Fitness Camp Challenge.
After just completing our 8 week Weight Loss Challenge, we have received a lot of interest for another challenge.

And with swimsuit season just around the corner, this challenge is a perfect way to get you into shape. This challenge is designed to challenge you in a safe way, while giving you an educational understanding about strength training, cardio training, flexibility and nutrition.
At the Y we are more about just cosmetically changing your bodies, we want to help facilitate changes from the inside out, so that you can maintain the changes and live a more energetic and happy life.

And to do that, we will give you more than most programs will.
Below you will see what we are offering that a lot of other weight loss programs and boot camps don’t.
During the 5 weeks, we will have 3 special guest speakers.
These Doctors will be educating us on four topics:
- Core Performance, Metabolic Edge, Nutrition and Diabetes. (This is all included in the program).
- Personal Nutrition guidance and an easy way to monitor your calorie consumption.
- A progressive 5 week training program. We will start with the basics and build each week. All fitness levels will be accommodated. All of the workouts have modifications if you are struggling with the technique or have prior injuries. The idea is you come to every class so that you increase your anaerobic and aerobic levels to be able to push yourself to your goal fitness level by the end of the 5 weeks. We have 6 class times, you pick the 3 times that work best for you.
I promise if you stick with it, you will see the changes in your body as well as in your self-esteem. Don’t miss this opportunity to get into the best shape of your life.
