Thanksgiving Diners Invited To Community Meal

The "Tri-Valley Community Outreach Thanksgiving Dinner" is for families, seniors, military, singles and anyone in need of a holiday meal!

DUBLIN, CA – A free Thanksgiving dinner is being served for Tri-Valley families, seniors, military, singles and anyone in need from the area who would enjoy a sit-down holiday meal.

This year's annual "Tri-Valley Community Outreach Thanksgiving Dinner," supported by a coalition of local businesses, churches and organizations, will be held Thursday, Nov. 23 from 12 noon to 4 p.m. at St. Raymond Catholic Church, 11555 Shannon Ave., Dublin.

Also on the agenda will be light entertainment and activities for small children, so they can play while their parents visit and enjoy the company of others, according to organizers. Anyone needing transportation can call Janet at (925) 829-8956.

To make this another successful event, community volunteers also are needed to set up on Wednesday, Nov. 22, or to help serve on Thanksgiving Day or participate in clean-up duty on Friday. Donations of food, supplies and funds are welcomed, as well. For further information, follow this link.
