Tri-Valley Mayors Plan Community Prayer Amid Coronavirus
People of all faiths are invited to pray for the world, and first responders and leaders helping us through the new coronavirus pandemic.
TRI-VALLEY, CA — Dublin Mayor David Haubert and Livermore Mayor John Marchand will host a virtual luncheon at noon on Thursday, May 7 in celebration of the National Day of Prayer.
People of all faiths are invited to tune in and join in prayer for America, the world, world leaders, health care workers, and health and safety amid the new coronavirus pandemic, Haubert wrote in a letter to members of the religious community.
"Due to the coronavirus pandemic we need this more this year than any year in recent memory," Haubert wrote.
