Tri-Valley Twist Debuts With 3 Days Of Wine, Food, Art And The World's Oldest Light Bulb
The inaugural three-day festival includes the Centennial Light Bulb celebration, chef events, concerts, art tours and more.

The Tri-Valley is ushering in summer with the first ever Tri-Valley Twist, a three-day celebration featuring live music, family-friendly entertainment, a film festival, chef-driven experiences, wine tastings, museum and art gallery tours, and more. Below is a schedule of events. Click on the links for tickets and more information.
Friday, June 5:
- TWIST Opening Night Dinner. 5:30-8:30 p.m., Pippal, Dublin. Kick off the festivities with a specially curated chef tasting menu from Chef Munish Rana inspired by Indian regional cuisines. Lively Bollywood entertainment will accompany the dinner.
- OPM live at Concert in the Park. 7-8:30 p.m. Lions Wayside Park, Pleasanton. Enjoy classic rock and patio dining as part of the Concerts in the Park series. Recent park renovations include a new bandstand, refreshed layout, and upgraded lighting.
- Laughs in a Glass. 7-8:30 p.m., 3 Steves Winery, Livermore. Enjoy a night of stand-up comedy set against scenic vineyard views, paired with award-winning wines, craft beer, and food available for purchase.
- The Story We Draw. 8:30-10 p.m. Livermorium Plaza, Livermore. A free public screening of a seven-minute visual experience tracing the history of humanity through works of art, from cave drawings to contemporary expression. The video will be projected outdoors on a continuous loop from 8:45-10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

- Centennial Light Bulb 125th Celebration. 10 a.m.-12 p.m. Fire Station #6, Livermore. Celebrate the birthday of the world’s oldest continuously running lightbulb, a hand-blow carbon filament bulb installed in 1901.
- Hot Rod Row. 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Downtown Pleasanton. A showcase of 200 hot rods and classic cars, paired with live music from a variety of local bands.
- Sip and Savor Wine Pairing Tour with a Twist! 11 a.m. Livermore Wine Trolley. Hop aboard the iconic trolley and enjoy a wine and food pairing experience at three Livermore vineyards. On Saturday, the trolley will provide free transportation from the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station.
- American Cancer Society Discovery Shop Pop-Up Event. 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Mission Plaza, Pleasanton. Music, sidewalk activities, and shopping for gently used clothes to benefit the American Cancer Society.
- Weekend Wonders. 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Heritage Park, Dublin. Enjoy expanded hours and free admission to this museum illustrating early pioneer life.
- Twist into Summer. 11 a.m.-6 p.m. The Wave, Dublin. Buy one, get one free for Wave admission. Maximum two per family.
- Palate: The Art of Cuisine. 12-3 p.m. Bankhead Theater, Livermore. The inaugural annual tradition in which Top Tri-Valley chefs, mixologists, and pastry artists will showcase small plates inspired by a single color, set to live music.
- Taste of Greece Festival. 12-8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Pleasanton Senior Center. Enjoy Greek food, drinks, desserts, live music, and dancing.
- Fresh Works XIV Exhibition Opening Reception. 1-3 p.m. Firehouse Arts Center, Pleasanton. A juried work showing 90 pieces from Bay Area artists in a variety of mediums produced over the past year.
- The Joy of Science and Wine with Quest Science Center. 1-6 p.m. Omega Road Winery, Livermore. Interactive activities and hands-on science experiences paired with wine.
- Mitch Polzak and The Royal Deuces. 5-9:30 p.m. 3 Steves Winery, Livermore. Enjoy country western music to the backdrop of the Altamont Hills.
- Legends of New Country: Wallen & Wilson (Morgan Wallen & Lainey Wilson Tribute). 6-10 p.m. Wente Family Vineyards, Livermore. A lawn concert tribute to Morgan Wallen and Lainey Wilson with Wente wine, beer, cocktails, and food available to purchase.
- The Longest Table. 6:30-8 p.m. Downtown Pleasanton. A community picnic event. Tables are provided, guests bring food, drink, and utensils.
- Deja Vu – A Musical Retrospective of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young. 7:30 p.m. Firehouse Art Center, Pleasanton. A tribute to the famed 60s and 70s band.
Sunday, June 7
- ARTÉ Film Festival. 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Bankhead Theater, Livermore. A boutique film festival celebrating the richness of the Filipino-American experience through a curated selection of films.
- Trolley Art Roll. 10 a.m., 12 p.m., 2 p.m. Take the trolley past beautiful murals to the Harrington Gallery at the Firehouse Arts Center.
- Country Fest. 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Downtown Pleasanton. Main Street will close to traffic for five stages of live country music, a BBQ smoker cook-off, beer gardens, line dancing, a petting zoo, and local vendors.
- Bubbles & Boots Crawl. 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Pleasanton Museum. Put on your cowboy hat and boots and enjoy a mimosa-inspired tasting at 10 downtown locations.
- To Bubbles And Beyond! Sparkling Class. 2-4 p.m. Wood Family Vineyards, Livermore. Learn how sparkling wine is produced, and enjoy selections from around the world.
