Woman Finds Ring In Tri-Valley Parking Lot, Searching For Owner

She found the ring earlier this month in a Dublin parking lot near a restaurant. Here's how to claim it.

DUBLIN, CA — Have you recently lost a ring? A woman found one earlier this month that she describes as "more than a trinket" and she's hoping to reunite the ring with its owner.

The woman, who is asking to remain anonymous, said that she found it in the parking lot at lunchtime near the Panera Bread restaurant on Fallon Road in Dublin. She did not provide a photo of the ring because she wants the person claiming it to be able to describe it and the ring does not have any diamonds.

Some people would be tempted to keep the ring, but the current holder of the jewelry told Patch, "It never occurred to me to keep the ring. It's not mine, and it appears to be more than a trinket. I would hope someone would do the same for me."

She contacted the manager of the Fallon Gateway Shopping Center, where the ring was found, in addition to reaching out to Patch. If you believe that the ring is yours, she is asking you to email the Dublin Patch editor, Autumn Johnson, with a description of the ring, your phone number, and a photo of the ring if you have one.
