Valley Christian Schools Welcomes New Superintendent
Dr. Michael Chen earned his degree in physics from UC Berkeley and doctorate from the Boston University School of Education.

Announcement submitted by Valley Christian Schools:
Valley Christian Schools in Dublin has welcomed Dr. Michael Chen as the new superintendent. Chen most recently led Boston Trinity Academy, a small school with the bold goals of combining Christian ideals with the educational excellence of the traditional New England Prep School model.
Dr. Chen believes in Christian education, but does not see it as a panacea. He also acknowledges that it’s important for schools to prepare students to influence the world, rather than keep young people insulated from it.
