
Here’s a weekend art project for talented teens--a poster contest is being for Dublin High School students. The theme: Be Loyal to Your Soil--Compost!
All entries will be reviewed by three judges and the winners will have their posters displayed at the STOPWASTE Art Gallery and Assemblywoman Catharine Baker’s offices after the Awards Ceremony.
The deadline to enter is April 6, 2015 at noon.

Rules:
- Entries are limited to ONE SUBMISSION PER DHS ARTIST
- You must complete and submit your poster via email to info@dpie.org with “POSTER CONTEST – YOUR NAME” in the subject line. A short paragraph on why you chose to participate and an explanation of your poster concept must be included with your email submission.
- Design: The poster must include the words: Be Loyal to Your Soil –Compost!
- Only ORIGINIAL artwork will be considered. Please check your spelling. Do not use copyrighted, trademarked products, packaging, brand names or advertisements.
- Electronic Resolution and Format: Artwork is to be submitted in electronic format with a resolution of 300dpi and in jpg format. (Note: Poster Winners will be requested to resubmit poster at higher resolution for reproduction purposes)
- Poster should measure no larger than 12” wide and 17” high and be vertical (portrait in orientation)
