100 Summer Camp Scholarships are now available!

CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN THIS SUMMER
Performing Arts Workshops, VOTED BEST SUMMER CAMP in LA PARENT MAGAZINE, is pleased to announce that through a generous donation, 100 scholarships for PAW Summer Camps are now available!
We’re very excited that our donor has stepped forward for the 6th year to make the matching fund scholarships happen! The scholarship program was so successful last year, thanks to everyone’s email efforts, that all 100 scholarships were gifted and children throughout the EAGLE ROCK area were able to go to camp. These special scholarships have been made available for us to give as a matching fund. Our donor, whose wish is to help local children experience the arts this summer, will sponsor half the tuition for up to 25 children at each camp site. Each matching scholarship provides half of the tuition for ALL PAW SUMMER CAMPS when the parent matches the remaining $300.

It is our donor’s request that the scholarships have no conditions or prerequisites. We just started gifting these scholarships and have even more to give! “Our kids don’t need to be experts – just have a curiosity and love for performing,” says Cheryl Appleman, PAW President. “In each session campers participate in a creative performance which is free and attended by family and friends.”

PAW’s award-winning camps include Musical Theater, Guitar, Rock The Mic, Filmmaking, Magic, Photography & Stage F/X Makeup! The ultimate ARTS experience for kids ages 5-14.
PAW teachers are nurturing, skilled instructors who have or are working towards their Bachelors or Masters degrees in their respective disciplines. Their teaching experience & knowledge combined with the PAW philosophy provides students with a level of training comparable to private studios and conservatories.
PAW has 10 camp locations to choose from including; Brentwood, West LA, Manhattan Beach, Studio City, Redondo Beach, El Segundo, Pasadena, Burbank, Chatsworth, and Costa Mesa.
