
This cat, observed on my walk on West Ave 41, seemed oblivious to my presence.
In fact, it didn't pay much attention to vehicles passing by either. I once asked my vet (the retired Dr. Cartwright) if it was OK to have a cat that could be allowed to roam inside and outside. His reply: if you want a pet with a three year lifespan, keep it outside. If you want to keep her for 20 years, keep her inside. Point taken.
