This interactive class has been designed to acquaint everyone, from the home cook to seasoned chefs, with the basics of preparing and cooking with a Wildwood BBQ. Learn how to grill succulent, tender and deeply flavorful Brazilian BBQ on our outdoor churrasqueria. This class will cover each step in creating the best churrasco, including instruction on different cuts of meat, choosing the right wood to achieve different flavors and what dishes will make the best accompaniments to your Brazilian BBQ meal.
