Handsome Furs, Suuns, and Talkdemonic take the stage at . Handsome Furs were once touted solely as Dan Boeckner's (of Wolf Parade) side-project with his wife Alexei Perry. Things have changed. Now a name draw in their own right, Handsome Furs have repeatedly delived the goods -- both live and on record -- since their debut LP, Plague Park, in 2007. Supporting the bill is Talkdemonic, an avante-guard instrumental duo that initially caught my ear in '07 with its spooky full-length disc, Beat Romantic. Especially curious to see how their sound translates to a live setting. The cost is $18 at the door.
