Get your yoga on with your little one!

This unique opportunity offers parents the gift of practicing yoga while bonding in a mommy/daddy and me setting.

Children benefit both from seeing parents take care of themselves as well as observing/practicing the asanas of yoga. The last fifteen minutes of each class is focused on yoga play for the children.

Betsy Edelberg is a mother of two and has been teaching mommy and me for the past 4+ years. She is often called the baby whisperer, and is dedicated to family development.  She offers unique yoga classes that are deeply fulfilling.  She owns a developmental play company called Playgroup Los Angeles based in Hollywood, CA.
