Happy Easter—Is Your Shopping Done?

Patch wishes its readers a Happy Easter. We hope you've already done most, if not all, of your shopping for Easter Sunday. If you still need to run out, you should know that Trader Joe's on 1566 Colorado Blvd., near the Townsend crossing, will be open from 8 a.m. till 5 p.m. Sunday (the store normally closes at 9 p.m.). The on 4211 Eagle Rock Boulevard, near the El Paso Drive crossing, is also open on Easter—from 8 a.m. through 10 p.m., which are the store's regular hours.

A note about our featured photo: Following in the footsteps of its Silver Lake branch on Hyperion Avenue, the Trader Joe's in Eagle Rock is expanding. A bigger parking lot and a bigger store will bring more traffic. But whether TJ's Colorado Boulevard branch can match the typically huge sales generated by the vastly expanded Hyperion branch remains to be seen.
