Inner Engineering is designed by Sadhguru, a yogi and profound mystic. It is a method, a tool to engineer a deep and lasting personal transformation. Participants will learn simple yogasanas and the powerful Shambhavi Mahamudra kriya, a 21-minute practice that you will be able to do at every day.
Anyone age 14 and over can participate. No previous experience or physical agility is needed. Whatever your background, beliefs, religion, or culture, the technology of Inner Engineering can work for you and make a positive and lasting impact on your life and well-being.
Inner Engineering also is accredited by the Annenberg Center with 26 AMA PRA Category 1 CME Credits for Physicians, Nurses, Physician Assistants & Nurse Practioners.
