One day meditation program & retreat - Shambhala Training Level 1
We welcome people of all religious traditions as well as those who do not follow a particular spiritual path.
Level I will open our eyes, hearts and minds to our own basic goodness and the sacredness of life.
Saturday, March 14th: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM at Shambhala Meditation Center in Eagle Rock
This program is the first of a series of weekend seminars that provides an open and friendly environment to discover knowing how to live with a clear mind, a gentle heart and a sense of humor through the practice of meditation. The weekends include an introduction to sitting meditation practice, talks by a director, individual meetings with a meditation instructor, and group discussion.

NOTE: This program is usually offered as a full weekend. At this time, SMCLA is delighted to offer this special Level I as a one day program for those who have not been able to participate in a full weekend program. A continental breakfast and lunch on Saturday are included. Please arrive in time to register at 8:30 a.m.
