A trip down memory lane during the 125th anniversary celebrations Friday of L.A.'s first liberal arts college.
As launched a yearlong celebration of its 125th anniversary Friday, longtime Eagle Rock resident and photojournalist Henk Friezer dug into his extensive archives of Northeast Los Angeles and came up with a selection of photographs that highlight the historic events in the life of our neighborhood institution that was founded in 1887 as as L.A.'s first and only liberal arts college.
