Shambhala Meditation Training - Level 1

This meditation program is designed to help people of all traditions discover their inherent clarity, gentleness and humor.

Weekend Program Dates: January 24th—January 25th (2015)

This weekend retreat is the first of a five-part series that provides an open and friendly environment in which to discover through meditation how to live with a clear mind, a gentle heart, and a sense of humor. The weekends include an introduction to sitting meditation practice, talks by a director, individual meetings with a meditation instructor, and group discussion. We welcome people of all religious traditions as well as those who do not follow a particular spiritual path.

LEVEL 1 WILL OPEN YOUR EYES, HEARTS AND MINDS TO OUR OWN BASIC GOODNESS AND THE SACREDNESS OF LIFE.
