β€’ Man Dies After Assault In SMC, Suspect Faces Manslaughter Charge: Police (patch.com) β€” East Palo Alto police say a 53-year-old city resident has been charged with involuntary manslaughter after a 52-year-old Menlo Park man he allegedly assaulted on University Avenue later died at Stanford Hospital. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are asking anyone with information to contact the San Mateo County District Attorney's Office as the victim's family seeks community support through a fundraiser.
