Rain, Thunderstorm On The Way! East Palo Alto'sWork Week Forecast
NWS forecasters say it's likely going to be a wet one on the Peninsula.
If you're planning your week on the Peninsula, be sure those plans include an umbrella. Forecasters are calling for rain throughout much of the work week. And though Tuesday is expected to be mostly dry and mild, a change is coming Wednesday.
"A pattern change will bring periods of rain to the region from late Wednesday through the end of the week," the NWS forecast discussion said. "Showers may linger into Saturday, but for the most part the upcoming weekend looks dry."

Wednesday
A chance of rain, then rain likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 4pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 62. Calm wind becoming east southeast around 6 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
Wednesday Night
Rain likely and possibly a thunderstorm before 10pm, then a chance of rain. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 53. Light east wind becoming southeast 6 to 11 mph in the evening. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

A 50 percent chance of rain. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 63. South wind 13 to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
