Bayer Healthcare and Vantage Oncology to Host "A Community Conversation on Prostate Cancer Early Detection and Education"

Attendees to Receive FREE Prostate Health Screenings on November 21

Please join us in our continued efforts to increase awareness about the prevention, early detection and treatment of prostate cancer as Bayer Healthcare and Vantage Oncology’s Los Angeles Radiation Oncology Center, host “A Community Conversation on Prostate Cancer
Early Detection and Education.”

Open to the public, attendees will receive FREE prostate health screenings by Vantage Oncology, listen to educational presentations by survivors, health professionals and caregivers including remarks from NFL Hall of Famer Michael Haynes, who is also a prostate cancer survivor and spokesperson for the national Know Your Stats About Prostate Cancer® Campaign. Haynes, who is committed to sharing the message of early prostate cancer detection, discovered he had prostate cancer during a 2008 screening.

Event sponsors Bayer Healthcare, Vantage Oncology, Us Too, California Prostate Cancer Coalition, California Hospital Medical Center and West Angeles Church of God in Christ will be providing lunch.
