DentaQuest Foundation Appoints Dr. Plough to Board of Directors

The DentaQuest Foundation recently announced that four key leaders in the health care industry have been appointed to its Board of Directors, including Los Angeles County's Dr. Alonzo L. Plough, Ph.D., M.P.H.

Dr. Alonzo L. Plough is the Director of Emergency Preparedness and Response at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. Dr. Plough also serves as Clinical Professor, Health Services at the University of Washington School of Public Health.  He was previously director of Seattle and King County Department of Public Health, and the Boston Department of Health and Hospitals, and served as Vice President of Strategy, Planning and Evaluation for The California Endowment.

“The new DentaQuest Foundation board members offer valuable perspectives on policy development, advocacy for oral health equity and leadership in community engagement that make them great assets to our team,” said Ralph Fuccillo, president of the DentaQuest Foundation. “We look forward to working with them to support the Foundation’s goal to improve oral health for all.”
