Join us for a concert to benefit the Griffith Park Free Shakespeare Festival.
Vaudeville in the Park will feature an eclectic lineup including musical performances from John C. Reilly (Wreck It Ralph) performing with the ISC House Band Dr. Pinch and the Pinchtones (from ISC’s The Comedy of Errors), The Lampshades (the funniest fake lounge act in Hollywood featuring Kate Flannery of The Office and Scot Robinson of Anchorman), Helen Slater (Smallville, The Lying Game), plus contortionists, razzle dazzlers and great Shakespeareans like Nick Bottom & the Rude Mechanicals (from ISC’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream) performing an original, hilariously truncated version of Macbeth.
This concert benefits the Griffith Park Free Shakespeare Festival, the annual summer presentation of 10 weeks of 40 classical theater performances, education workshops, pre-show arts performances and salon-style discussions, all presented admission-free.
