Intention Toning Circle: Crystal Sonic Meditation with Dominic

Everything is vibration.  Our cells, tissues, muscles, organs, bones and skin all have optimum frequencies at which they vibrate. 

But when out of harmony, possibly through physical or emotional stress, the frequencies become discordant - the vibrations of the body are out of tune or become blocked which can affect cells and organs, and result in lost perspective, lack of motivation, unhealthy addictions, physical pains, disease or illness.

The use of sound can change this.  Especially using your own voice by vocal toning to help shift your mental, emotional and spiritual perspective and thought processes, opening your awareness to the endless possibilities that are available.

Vocal Toning is sustaining particular favorable tones for the body using one's voice to return frequencies of the various parts of the entire body including subtle bodies; chakras and auric fields, back to their optimal vibration.

Even thoughts are energy forms. When thought energy interacts with a crystal, those thoughts are changed to more harmonic forms, which change brainwave frequencies, showing possible alterations in consciousness. Thus, the
power of positive intention or affirmation combined with the use of crystals may provide remarkable healing results. This has been shown by Masaru Emoto’s work with water crystals.

So join us using our voices to enhance our ability to release anger, fear, anxiety, jealousy, resentment, frustration, trauma, any of the lower destructive emotions, and stagnate energy from ourselves and our surroundings.  Then we are ready to hold pure intentions for ourselves, others, our community, events, our ancestors, people of the world and the planet. 

And after creating a symphony of good toning vibrations, Dominic will seal these intentions and magnify them with the playing of the crystal singing bowls in a meditation.
