Altars have been traditionally used as places for meditation, blessings, and prayer. More than just an arrangement of items, when done with intention and knowledge of the forces of work, creating Altars can bring your intentions into fruition. This class will cover altar items from both Eastern and Western traditions, and will teach you how to choose specific colors, incense candles, crystals, offerings, etc. to achieve your specific goals. Also covered will be instructions for purifying and preparing your space and items for altars and ritual, and how to charge your altar and "turn it on". In addition, you will also be introduced to placement according to Vastu Shastra, an ancient science from India, which was the original teaching on which Feng Shui is based. Learn how to create beautiful and functional altars for Abundance and Prosperity, Spirituality, Health, Career, Creativity, Love, and more. Attendees will also participate in creating and using an altar, so come with a special intention to project!
