Through Printmaking our workshops are designed to take participants through the various states of “Play” – PLAY is a key in cognitive development (convergent thinking, problem-solving ability, divergent thinking, language development); social adjustment (integration and communication); and emotional development.
These sessions are designed to offer creative experiences for children and play deprived adults :)
Sunday Workshops: 12:30pm - 3pm, Upcoming: March 10th, March 17th and March 24th Printmaking for kids (all ages): Our Sunday workshops are designed to give kids the opportunity to explore and experience the techniques of model/toy making, relief printmaking, mono printmaking and silkscreen. These processes are arranged around “States of Play” (Object, Body & Movement, Social, Imaginative & Pretend, and Storytelling-Narrative)
