Taoist Yoga in the Park Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong

Truly a thinking's persons workout, I believe both Tai Chi and Qigong can be considered a layman's art form. Much like music and rhythm, breathing and movement have similarities. Even in calligraphy there is a certain grace and rhythm to convey beauty...so that the practictioner can perform and enjoy a meditative practice.


The modern world challanges us all. Tai Chi and Qigong can be used to counter balance the stress we face in this day and age.


If you are recovering from an emotional trauma or a physical ailment or simply want to have more peace in your life this exercise can be an aid to a healthier mind, body and spirit.           Michael Chavez
