Have You Seen Missing Echo Park Octogenarian?
Police and the family of 82-year-old Seang Veng Hoc are hoping the community can help bring him home safely.
LOS ANGELES, CA —Authorities Wednesday sought public help to find an 82- year-old man who went missing in the Echo Park area.
Seang Veng Hoc was last seen on Monday about 4 p.m. in the 1400 block of Logan Street, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Hoc is Asian, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds, and has gray hair and brown eyes. He has dentures and a black birthmark on the right side of his face. He was wearing a beige hat, a dark short-sleeve shirt and dark pants at last sighting.
