V&A, Incorporated, one of HNTB’s long-standing MBE/DBE firms was recognized as a top finalist at the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2015 Annual Latino Business Awards. CEO Jose Valle founded V&A, Inc. in 2008 as a MBE/DBE civil engineering consulting firm specializing in large and complex roadway, traffic, infrastructure, transit, and third-party coordination projects.
V&A, Inc. has been involved from concept to completion in many of the largest public works and design-build projects in Southern California. An entrepreneur at heart and passionate about his work, Valle’s experience now includes ten design-builds and a thriving company employing 50 individuals in two offices. Clients include the City of Los Angeles, Caltrans, Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro), Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP), Southern California Gas, Southern California Edison, Los Angeles County Flood Control, San Gabriel Valley cities, San Fernando Valley, the Exposition Authority, and the Gold Line Foothill Extension Authority.
