Idaho & Louisiana (RED STATES) voters defend rooftop solar, net metering, and clean air.

We've seen some great wins for net metering--a key program for rooftop solar growth and clean air--in Idaho and Louisiana over the past several weeks. The public spoke in support of NEM, and the regulators listened.
